Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

While my appeal letter states that I have successfully over come my mental illness with the help of my family physician, part of my future plan, per my physicians request, is to simply keep in contact with him on a regular basis in order to guarantee I remain okay.

By doing this, I know that I will be able to perform successfully in my classes and have a good academic standing.
