Petition Letter
I am requesting to take third year courses away from Queen's University to participate in the Semester at Sea program offered through Colorado State University. This opportunity will give the chance to earn my degree in a non-traditional way while experiencing what the world has to offer. I would be able to learn in a classroom on the ship, but also take my learning outside the classroom and experience different cultures. This experience will be able to allow me to take my knowledge from sociology and see first hand what various countries and cultures have to offer.
