Petition Letter
To whom this may concern,
I would like to drop the WRIT120 course as a close friend of my family passed away on July 31st, and as for the Jewish tradition I need to sit shiva all week at night, while attending work during the week. Due to this commitment it has taken a lot of my free time that I was planning on dedicating towards the course to complete the assignments. I have not been able to give the course my full potential as my attention has been elsewhere and I wish to drop the course in the hopes of picking it up in the fall or winter semester to be able to successfully complete the course.
