Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I am appealing to drop the course HIST 125 Evolution of Modern Europe after the deadline. Over the course of one month I experienced an illness that significantly impacted my ability to study. Specifically, I was unable to complete course readings, written assignments and the final exam . As the summer term is short, it was not possible for me to catch up on the work. I am including in this appeal a note from my doctor indicating the period for which I was excused from academic study.

I have been treated for my illness, and am prepared to resume studies at Queen's in September.
