Academic Plan
I am able to resume my studies, and would request that I be allowed to return full-time under disability, as a mature student, with the following courses ASTR 101, which I already have the course materials for, and need to finish. In addition, I would like to take BMED 271 Global and Population Health, which is very important with legal work I have already completed. Also, EMPR 220, Conflict Resolution, with Dr. Donald Carter, the former Dean of Law and former Director of the Industrial Relations Centre, School of Industrial Relations, whom I worked with for 3 years here at Queen¿¿s. In addition, I will be applying for the PhD Fellowship in Insurance Law for September 2017, which I am qualified for, and it will be through the EMPR 220 that I will receive advanced standing to start this program in January 2017. If I am unable to start the Law Fellowship until Sept 2017, in the winter term I would take the BMED 471 Advanced Global and Population Health, and PHAR 100 Pharmacology, while still remaining full-time under disability. I will continue to use the disability lab at Stauffer Library and other library services.
