Academic Plan
I am in a Medial Program in DEVS and PSYC at Queens, and I am already in 4th year. If I go for an exchange this fall semester, then there is one required course DEVS 340 I cannot take this semester. However, I am planning to stay for an extra semester, which means I will delay my graduation and graduate after next fall. Also, in order to earn enough credits, I am taking DEVS 420 remotely, and also taking three courses at Korea University (One devs course and two psychology courses). I will consult with the International Office about how I can get these credits transferred, but I believe that doing exchange is not going to affect my academic career. While I am studying at Korea University, I am also doing volunteer work as the Team Lead for a mental health startup called TranQool in Toronto. Since I might only have 1 course left the next fall, I am planning to take on some research roles or apply for volunteer/work positions on campus to perfect my resume and accumulate more experience. In case of anything going awry, I will have regular meetings with counselors at queens to ensure my academic success.
