Petition Letter
I am requesting to drop CISC 110 after deadline date without academic penalty due to ongoing mental health issues; which I am receiving counselling for from the Queen¿¿s wellness center. I have been attending counselling since November 8th 2016. To better accommodate other courses and to organize myself better for the upcoming exam season, I am requesting this course be dropped without penalty. I am willing to provide further information regarding my situation in the form of letter from the counselling services.
