Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
It is with much regret that I wish to withdraw from HLTH 101 and the tutorial linked with it due to a personal illness that has required me to move back home for the foreseeable future.
My inability to continue my course work started in late October 2016, and I am still dealing with this personal illness. I met with numerous (3) personal counsellors, as well as a number of health care professionals both in Kingston and Oakville, but all of my and their efforts were unable to regain my capacity to continue with my academic endeavors at this time and for the foreseeable future.
I have returned to my family home in Oakville where I am under the care of a number of health care professionals. Unfortunately we still have no idea when I will be able to re commence my 3rd level education.
