Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
Due to medical reasons, I was forced to withdraw from classes starting in the spring of 2015. I withdrew from the university during the winter semester of 2016. Documentation was provided at that time. I have resolved my medical issues, and continued my studies in the fall of 2016. I am requesting this appeal to complete the courses I started previously (CHEM 282 and KNPE 595). In the case of KNPE 595, I have been working with Dr. Costigan throughout the year, and am planning on beginning data collection in early 2017. In the case of CHEM 282, I have to write the final exam -- my intention is to audit the classes to reinforce my knowledge of course information. Please let me know if you would like me to re-submit the documentation previously provided.
