Petition Letter
Dear Members of the Appeal Committee:
I am writing this letter in order to petition for Regulation 13.4 based on the following grounds: medical and mental. The circumstances surrounding my petition are mental and medical problem. I joined Queen's University by two years. From these two years I keep fighting with psoriasis. Though my mother knows that I have psoriasis, she did not know how severe I did. And also I did not tell my friends and parents about this. Sometimes when I feel worried and struggling, I also suffered from psoriasis(itchy). Also, though the two years' study I felt that STATS and Maths is my primary area to study, and considering that I change my project this year. When I came to the university I selected CISC as my primary project, however, through the two years' study I thought I should change my program because I tried my best on CISC classes and the result is not good, even when I tried again, worse, and that feeling is effecting my another classes to study. Considering of that I want committee gives me a change to prove myself in STATS and Maths area. Make it overtly obvious as to how the circumstances have affected your academics. Refer to your evidence and use it to strengthen your case.
