Dear Associate Dean of Arts and Science,
My name is Sangmin (Daniel) Kim, and I am requesting an appeal to add MUSC 215A-002, Queen¿¿s University Symphony Orchestra, into my Fall and Winter semester after the Add deadline. This is a required core ensemble that I need for both of my semesters. Although I auditioned and got into the orchestra, I forgot that I had to add the course myself to Solus. When I finally realized my mistake, it was too late for me to enroll the course in my SOLUS account. I am already caught up with my studies by attending all the rehearsals and played with the orchestra at the Showcase concert on Homecoming Weekend. If I get enrolled, I will try harder in the future to make sure this does not happen again.
