I am writing to apply for an academic appeal to drop the following Fall, 2017 courses:

POLS 211
HIST 216
MATH 126
I have been unable to complete work in these courses due to a medical condition (supporting documents to follow).
I am receiving ongoing medical treatment and have consulted with an academic advisor from Queens to discuss possible resumption of my studies. In the meantime, I appreciate your concideration of my academic appeal due to my medical condition.
