Petition Letter
Dear Queen's University;
I am writing to extend my deadline for completing a deferred final exam in STAT263 with Instructor Charles Molson.
I underwent major surgery in March of 2017 and was not able to write by the end of term deadline. Unfortunately, I erroneously understood that I had until the end of 2017 to complete this exam. When I contacted the Distance Education Office in the late fall of 2017 I discovered that my deadline had passed.
It is very important for me to complete this course and I am happy to provide any additional information needed to fulfill this goal.
If granted and deferred examination extension, I plan to write the STAT263 final exam in April of 2018.
