Petition Letter
To Whom it may concern,
I am requesting to late drop Math 281.
At the start of as well as half way through the Winter semester I was afflicted by two separate medical situations that have impacted my ability to study and attend classes throughout the year. I made my professor aware that I required accommodations to take on the class; however I was still not able to adequately prepare for the tests or exam. I did not attend the final exam as I believed I would not be able to pass the course and that it was better for me to focus on the other exams I had scheduled; I consulted with doctors prior to making this decision. Throughout the year I sought help from doctors and have thus been moving forward to getting back on track. Supporting documents will be attached at a later date.
