Academic Plan
I plan on returning to school full-time in the coming fall term. I am confident that I will be successful in doing so. Firstly, as mentioned in my letter, I am currently on a new treatment, one that is better suited to my current mental state. I have been on this treatment for a few months, and it has been successful thus far. I plan to seek out counselling through Queen's which will help me cope with any issues I face in the coming months.
I intend to continue on in obtaining my degree in music. I plan to take mostly music courses as I know I can do well in, and possibly some electives as well. I plan to enrol in 5 courses in the fall term.
My strategies for success include going to therapy regularly, continuing my treatment and taking as many music courses as I can, because I am so passionate and motivated when it comes to music. I am confident that I can succeed in all my courses, as I have done in the past before I had to undergo this treatment to manage this most recent disorder which was triggered by some events in my personal life. This treatment has proven successful so far, which leads me to be confident that I will continue to get better.
The time off that I have taken has helped me improve and become more stable. I plan on continuing to work on getting better and focusing on myself and my academic success, as well as in every other aspect of my life.
