Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

This is my academic plan for the future if you grant my appeal. I wish to take an online course in the fall semester while staying in Toronto. I will follow the instructions of my family physician and continue regular follow up visits with her. Then, if I feel able, for the winter term, I would like to take a reduced course load in Kingston. There I would continue to be in touch with my doctor and take advantage of the health care professionals and advisors at Queen¿¿s. If I do not feel able to return to Kingston, I would like to continue to take a reduced online course load in Toronto.
