Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I would like to appeal the enrolment date for summer courses. I was with a CFL team , the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, over the summer for a few months. I was unsure if I would be returning for the following semester. After a series of unfortunate events I knew I would be returning back to school for my fifth year. However, I was not able to act as soon I'd like to due to financial hurdles. I am aware the classes have started so I have contacted professors and have received their permission to join their classes.
