Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

If my appeal be granted, first thing I would do is to consult with an academic advisor. I will do whatever it takes to graduate in least amount of time. I know I am able to do handle this if I am put my mind to it. I will communicating more with my professors. I will seek helps from ta, professors or anyone if I ever come cross some problems. I have learned from my mistakes and I won't let it happen again. I have learned time management skills that would benefit my study. I have changed since my withdraw. I have grown to be more responsible. Please give me a second chance, let me prove to you what I am capable of.
