Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I am a second year student in the BAH program. Earlier this year in the Winter semester, I was granted academic consideration for 5 courses to complete over the summer. Due to the same consideration reason, I wasn't able to complete all of the courses I planned to. I was able to do the work for 2 of them (PSYC 100 & SOCY 122), but had difficulty completing the other 3 (CISC 101, POLS 110, & GEOL 104) on my own. It is these 3 latter courses that I wish to drop. Please let me know how I can do this and if it is possible.
I had my PSYC 100 final deferred exam scheduled for September 7th last week but due to an unplanned health crisis, I did not make it. I was okay with getting a zero for the exam portion of the course but after speaking to Andrea Labelle, found out I would actually need to write the exam to pass the course. I am hoping to learn what options I may have regarding this.
