Petition Letter
Dear Associate Dean,
I am a fourth year life science student and I was recently hospitalized for my mental health. I learned a lot about coping mechanisms and music has been really therapeutic for me. I found a piano teacher in the music department that will take me on, Prof. Zuk, but he needs me to be enrolled in this course.
Please approve this course for me. I want to get better and music will help me improve my mental health.
I have the proper documentation if necessary.
I¿¿m currently in a commerce course and I plan on dropping it for this one. I need to take a full course load for my medical school application.
