Dear the Associate Dean (Studies),
I have been receiving several error codes while trying to drop individual courses before the academic deadline yesterday. I am not sure what the problem was. However, I was unable to drop the classes, and are still currently enrolled in them.
Thank you so much for your help. If the reason in dropping the courses is required or will aid in this process, I would be happy to provide that information.
