Petition Letter
I am appealing the final mark of 'F' I received in GPHY 227 due to the nature of a specific mark of 0/35 attributed to my 'City Profile Report' assignment submitted on 2018-12-04. The assignment was due on 2018-11-30 and although no extension had been granted, the late assignment course policy clearly stated that a 1 point (of the term mark) per day would be deducted. The assignment dropbox was closed at the time of my submission and the course Teacher Assistant indicated that the assignment shall be submitted to both Professor Donald and the course TA by e-mail. I followed this procedure and have proof of this submission. I therefore do not understand why a mark of 0/35 and a grade 'F' has been assigned to me following this submission.
