Petition Letter
To Whom It May Concern,
In early November this year I decided that I was going to postpone my degree. Unfortunately, I made this decision after the October 31 deadline to drop courses without penalty. I have left Kingston, and am now pursuing work outside academics for the time being. As a result, I am asking that PHIL 270, PHIL 310, and PHIL 373 be dropped.
If I had known that I was going to postpone my degree prior to the deadline to drop courses without penalty, I would have dropped my courses by the deadline. Unless these courses are dropped, I will receive failing grades, damaging my GPA and hurting my ability to use my academic transcript towards further academic or career endeavors.
