Dear Dean office
This is Kate and I need to CR this course for now, because of my serious allergy (health condition) this term get worse and even I tried really hard I can still feel I can not get an ideal grade. Even though I did well on all the assignments(I've tried really hard to go to the lectures and finished all the assignments, but I still feel like I can do better once my health condition gets better). Since I was in my third year and all the grade and courses will affect my future study (after grad), I really need to CR this course since my health condition is bad and I really believe that I can do much better if I don't feel unwell.
