Tools for success
I will;
- Maintain my mental and physical health
- Maintain contact with my therapist at home and connect with Mental Health Services at Queens University
- Maintain frequent and open communication with my parents
- Reach out for help when I am unable to cope on my own
- Establish a regular exercise regime
- Continue to seek assistance from professors and/or tutorial assistant immediately when assignments or course direction is unclear
- Follow-up on feedback received on assignments to ensure I understand the intent and how to improve going forward.
- Continue to participate in study groups as this has worked for me in the past
- Connect on a regular basis with a student adviser to ensure I continue on the right path to achieve my academic goals.
The path to my final professional aspiration is not certain at this time but I do know that the foundation to achieving my final destination is a Bachelor of Arts degree.
