Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I missed the final exam with an extenuation circumstance, since I stayed in Kingston General Hospital for a week and did my surgery there for an emergency. Then I contacted my professor that I have to fly back to China, so could I extend the exam to the first week of September. But the problem was that I submitted the leave of absence letter to Commerce Program and it has been approved, which means I'll be not in school and also I'm not in Kingston during the semester.

I'm wondering is it possible to schedule a long-distant test with a proctor Or is that possible to delay the exam to the beginning of the next semester Thanks.
