Petition Letter
I would like to drop HLTH 237 from my schedule. I have recently been struggling massively with undiagnosed depression and anxiety, and presently seeking a psychiatrist in Kingston with assistance from my GP in Aurora.
Alongside these afflictions, the dosage of my medication to treat ADHD has been going up and down in order to find the dosage that best suits me; which has not yet happened.
As it stands, I am currently in a very low place with my mental health and have fallen behind in this course. I do not think I will be able to pass this course based on my current trajectory; however, it is crucial to be successful in this course considering I am on academic probation.
