Petition Letter
Dear Dean,
I have been in contact with Dr. Chris Bongie regarding this appeal. He has instructed me to list him as the instructor of the course as the original instructor is no longer teaching at Queen's. I am appealing to have aegrotat consideration in this course because I was not able to complete the work as a result of my mental health at the time. I have taken numerous steps to better myself after this personal failure including a regimen of medication and weekly therapy. I have attached notes attesting to my mental illness both at the time of the class and more recently. I hope that this can be considered and I am fully committed to completing my degree and will be taking whatever steps necessary to do so.
