Dear Dean Stephenson,
My name is Luisa Aimoli and my student number is 10169687. I write to you today as I am appealing to late add the following course: MATH 121 (Summer, 2020) taught by Professor Ping Li, offered by Arts and Science ONLINE.
The reason I was unable to register in this course before the deadline is given the fact that I was awaiting a decision to be made on my Appeal to Register with Debt. Given extenuating circumstances in relation to my mental health, I have outstanding SOLUS fees that caused a Senate Sanction on my account. As I was only able to pursue theses appeals recently when my mental health improved, and I had to wait until my Appeal to Register with Debt was granted in order to lift the Senate Sanction off my account, I was left unable to register in MATH 121 until now. In addition, because of the same extenuating circumstances, I was not term activated at the university until May 12th 2020, which further delayed my plans.
Yesterday, May 22nd 2020, I was granted my Appeal to Register with Debt and therefore had my Senate Section lifted off my account, so that I am finally able to enrol in MATH 121 now.
