I now understand that I should not have to handle complications with my landlord alone. Specifically, I will use the housing related resources provided by Queen's Community housing whenever I am unsure about disputes I have with my landlord. I personally found the landlord and tenant board to be the most helpful resource for informing myself on my tenant rights.
Moreover, I will stay in close contact with the student wellness services and health and counselling services in the following semester if I begin to feel my mental health decline again. Because I may not be able to perceive this decline myself, I will be sure to inform my friends on my own susceptibility to loneliness so that they may reach out to me.
