Petition Letter
Dear Queens,
I am appealing to drop MATH 121 differential and integral calculus. I have been working full time, Monday through saturday, 6:30-6:00, and did noit have time to compolete or take part in the course work for this class. I needed to earn money to help pay for my tution for the 2020-2021 academic year due to the financial stress the covid-19 pandemic has put on my family. I did not anticipate how little time I would have to do this course and as it is math, it needs a lot more time then other summer courses in order to be completed successfully. I missed the academic and financial deadlines to drop as I have been so preoccupied with my job. I hope you can understand that I want this course off my transcript and resume as the mark is indicitive of the fact that I did not participate in the course not that I did bad on the assessments as I was unable to do so many of them.
