To whom it may concern,
I have submitted this appeal for an extension of my incomplete grade due to the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 epidemic at the end of the 2019/2020 academic year. During the 2019/2020 academic year I was granted an academic accommodation due to mental health issues. And so, my final exams from the fall term were moved to dates ranging from February 2020 to April 2020. Due to the mentioned epidemic I was unable to write the final for the mentioned course, PHYS 242, for the university hadn't yet set up online teaching and such.
I have spoken with Professor Dignam, and he has given me permission to write the final for the course, PHYS 242, sometime during the coming reading week in October if this appeal is permitted. If any further information is needed I would be happy to supply it.
