Petition Letter
To graduate I need one more SODE 400 level course, and I am currently enrolled in another course to satisfy that requirement. At first the course I was enrolled in seemed to be appropriate for my program, but we had our first evaluation that came out and I realized that I am likely missing the background knowledge to do adequately in the course. For This reason, I would like to enroll into CISC 447 as I believe it is more in line with my degree path and more relevant to my interests. I would also like to join CISC 447 despite the prerequisite of CISC 335, as until last year it was CISC 435. Unfortunately, CISC 447 is offered only in the Fall so I must submit this appeal.
