Petition Letter
To Whom It May Concern,
After careful consideration and discussion with my professor, who is in support of my decision, I am hoping to drop RELS 234. The Fall 2020 semester has been incredibly challenging and gravely impacted my ability to perform academically. A number of issues that arose such as, personal hospitalization, illness, hospitalization of an immediate family member, I was not capable of meeting deadlines, completing work or fulfilling my academic responsibility. Majority of this course was not completed, as I intended on dropping it. However, I did not know how to proceed. I am hoping to drop this course so that it does not appear on my transcript.
