Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

I am writing this appeal because I am only enrolled in 3 courses for the winter term instead of the recommended 5 courses. Since the end of the fall 2020 semester, I had been waitlisted in 2 courses. After talking to an academic advisor, I was told that I should not drop the waitlisted class as I would most likely be taken into those courses. I never ended up getting into those classes so now I am only enrolled in 3 courses. I would like to be enrolled in AT LEAST 4 classes so that I would only have to take 1 course in the summer while I study for the MCAT. I hope that I will be able to be enrolled in this class as it would make my life a lot easier moving forward.
