Petition Letter
Hi,,
As you may be be aware from last term, my mental health was severely affected from my brother being in jail, and with chronic depression, and now it has been recently came about with my family doctor that I may be struggling with adhd all my life an not know it. I am currently talking to Dr. Windsor from student wellness, and will get you the forms necessary, and I know I should have taken Dr. Jenn Stephenson's advice to take this term off but the osap financial pressure have made me want to see if I can try and succeed this term, but unfortunately, I am not able too and I have reached the point of having thoughts of suicide and I am reaching to see if I can get my courses dropped or have extension on my assignments for the courses listed.
