Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

If my appeal were to be granted, I would make up for the missed presentation by writing an assignment on the presentation material that was assigned to me. I would also try to make up for the missed classes by going over the class discussions and presentations I was not present for, as my housemate is enrolled in this course and willing to go over missed material with me.
For the future, I would be more willing to go to my professors for help if I get panicked over course material before making any important decisions.
