Petition Letter
Dear professor,
I'm Aolin Zhou, a fourth year undergraduate. I took PSYC100 this summer term. I encountered some difficulties that I cannot finish this course successfully, but I know it's too late to drop the course and the deadline has already passed. Is there any way I could possibly dropping this course?
I just went back to my hometown China last month, even during the pandemic, because My grandma was very sick. However, I did not meet her when she's still alive, it was due to many things happened, the 14 days of quarantine after entry, and applying for a VISA, etc. I was very guilty and depressed, even until now, I'm still getting used to it. The result is that my performance in this course was not good. I thought I did not possess a healthy status mentally and physically. I hope that you can help me to drop this course. I really appreciate your help.
