Dear Psychology Undergraduate Chair (ugchair.psyc@queensu.ca),
My instructor Mary Olmstead for Comparative Cognition is supporting me for a late drop for this course, PSYC 305, with no academic penalty, due to extenuating circumstances that have been going on since January added with my recent COVID sickness situation that has prevented me from completing coursework for week. Due to this all, we believe it is best I drop. I believe this is the best for my academic and personal/mental health well-being as by dropping, it reduces my course load and prevents me from falling behind on my other courses. Thank you for understanding. The drop for me is very important to me.
