Moving forward I would like to be considered for academic accommodations as I??m currently on a prescription for ADD/ADHD and my written output is hindered due to this medical condition.
I have included a note from my psychotherapist elaborating on my experiences and where we think my academics suffered the most is in timed written responses---in quizzes/exams
I am unable to get psychometric testing at this time due to waitlists, and financial reasons, so I am asking that the document attached will suffice as evidence regarding my cognitive challenges, and I wish to utilize the assets available to me to get my academic success pointed in the right direction.
