Petition Letter
Hi,
for the past seven months, I have been dealing with personal and family issues that have not allowed me to perform in school the way I would have liked. I have been very stressed and dealing with bad anxiety while trying to juggle school. I was supposed to graduate after this summer but unfortunately, because of my circumstance, I was not able to pass my final exam for Econ 243 as I was going through a lot during that time. After speaking with Professor Berkok and Professor Cromb about my situation they have informed me to register to appeal in order to have the F taken off my transcript and still be able to graduate in time. I would also like to say that I pay for school, rent and all other expenses myself and it would be a big setback for me to pay rent for a whole semester just to take one course in order to graduate. I would much appreciate it if you could take circumstances into consideration and provide me with a solution that could really help my situation. I also have a doctor's note to support these statements regarding to why I am applying for this appeal.
