Petition Letter
I have Bipolar I Disorder. I was manic for the early part of the semester and had the inspired decision of moving beginning anew in Ottawa after a difficult fall semester. I spent the remainder of the semester in a homeless shelter in Ottawa trying to figuratively get back on my feet and was largely unconcerned with academics for hopefully understandable reasons.
