Petition Letter
I am appealing to late-drop ARTH 260, and ASCX 101.
During this period, I took a documented medical leave of absence and for medical circumstances beyond my control, was unable to complete these courses. One of my professors from that term (GNDS 120) kindly allowed me to finish the course in January, which is why there is one course that is graded for that term.
During the medical leave process, I was told that these late drops would be possible and am now requesting that it be applied to my transcript.
I am typically an A/B student, and these grades should not be listed as 'F'. I am hoping to see the extenuating circumstances reflected in my transcript so that I can be recognized by future programs and employers for the student I am.
