REQUEST AN ACADEMIC APPEAL PERMISSION
Dear APPEAL Center:
I'm Pengyi Chen and a third year student in Math department. I hope to get an overload permission that I can take courses in SJTU.
I have been applied 2 courses for my FALL TERM in University of Shanghai Science and Technology. The courses start from 2022.10.10 to 2022.11.18. I hope to apply another two courses for my winter holiday in Shanghai Jiao Tong University. In SJTU, the courses will start from 2022.12.12-2022.01.06. My final will all finish in 2022.12.13 and I will have whole winter holiday time to take two elective courses in SJTU. I will do a good time management and also take courses in SJTU will not influence any courses take in Queens. It doesn't have time conflict.
Next year, I will become a fourth year student, and I hope can take a research program or get an internship for my summer. Next year also need to find a job or prepare for my graduate study together. I think next year is a busy year. So, I hope this winter can take 2 elective courses for my credits.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my request. I'm looking forward to your reply.
Respectfully,
Pengyi Chen
