Petition Letter
Dear Professors and the Associate Dean,
I am requesting your permission to drop these two courses past the academic deadline as I cannot in good faith complete all of my courses to the best of my ability. Unfortunately, there was a hospitalization of an immediate family member. I would rather not go into great detail as it pertains to their mental health and is a sensitive topic.
