Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Hello, I am making this request to drop my writing 125 class. I have extenuating circumstances due to a family situation involving my mother in the hospital. My professor Lori Vos said she supports me in this and thinks dropping this course would be the best possible action due to my situation. I have also been in touch with QSAS and the therapist Kelly Mannen is familiar with my situation. She helped me differ my exams for other classes.
