Petition Letter
To whom it may concern,
I am writing this appeal as a request to waive the 21-day appeal deadline. This appeal is concerning my MUSC-102 course taken during the second semester of my last school term. The reason I have not submitted an appeal during that time was because I was unaware that I needed to submit through an online form. I wrote an email to the Associate Dean with my family doctor's note (on May 2, 2014, which was a few days after my exam) and have not received an reply. I thought there was nothing I could do. I recently went to the arts and science faculty in Dunning Hall and found out that the correct way was through online form. I hope to drop my MUSC-102 course because I was ill during my exam.
Sincerely,
Emily
