Established by the MBA for Science & Technology Class of 2007. Funds to provide support for inititatives in the Full-time MBA program in the Smith School of Business.
The McAdie Chemistry Doctoral Student Award
Established by Dr. Harry McAdie, MA 1954, PhD 1956, in memory of his supervisor, Prof. Grenville B. Frost. Awarded for academic merit to a first-year Chemistry PhD student, holding a BA from a Canadian University. Pref. to Cdn citizens or perm. residents.
The McCarthy Tétrault LLP Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Program Fund
Established by McCarthy Tetrault LLP to support the McCarthy Tetrault LLP Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Program (2014-2017) at Queen's Faculty of Law.
The McIlquham Award
Established by David McIlquham, BCom 1977, and Elaine McIlquham. Awarded on the basis of financial need, academic achievement and involvement in school or community based service, to students entering first year of the Bachelor of Commerce program.
The McIlquham Foundation Scholarship
Established by Mr. and Mrs. W.S. McIlquham in memory of their son, J. Max McIlquham. Awarded on the basis of academic excellence to students entering second, third, or fourth year of any undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Arts and Science.
The McLean Family Award in Student Design
To honour Kenneth McLean BSc'05, awarded to upper year Smith Engineering students with averages of at least 65% who are actively involved on a student design team, preference to students who are members of the Solar Vehicle Team and from outside Ontario.
The McPar Nursing Bursary
Established by Ann McClure, BNSc'66. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to students in second, third or fourth year of a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree program. Preference will be given to Indigenous students.
The McWatters-MacDiarmid Archives Fund
Established by Cheryl S. McWatters and John MacDiarmid to offset core programming for the University Archives including archival research, processing, exhibition development, collection care and documentation, digitization and operations.
The Mechanical and Materials Engineering Low-Carbon and Sustainability Fund
Funds will be used support research, equipment, infrastructure, and programing related to climate change, sustainability, and the pursuit for low-carbon or carbon neutral energy in the Mechanical and Materials Engineering in Smith Engineering.
The Mechanical and Materials Engineering Trust Fund
This fund is used at the discretion of the Department Head to support students and enhance academic programs and/or research infrastructure in the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering in Smith Engineering.
