Sport and active living have always been central to life at Queen’s. Whether it’s varsity competition or everyday intramurals, this is where students show up for each other in teams and shared spaces that create a pride felt across campus.
Nearly 80 per cent of students take part in sport and recreation at Queen’s, and more than 1,200 varsity student-athletes proudly wear the tricolour every year. Their places of play include the revitalized Richardson Stadium, five gyms, and more than 24,000 square feet for cardio and strength training – facilities sustained and renewed through ongoing support.
For a lot of students, this is where Queen’s starts to feel like home. Donations keep all of it going so that even more people can stay moving and find their crew.
