Faculty of Arts and Science

Arts and Science brings together fields as diverse as astrophysics, art history, biotechnology, and urban planning. It’s a place where students learn to ask big questions about the world alongside researchers trying to answer them.

The Faculty has been part of Queen’s since its earliest days and is still its largest now. It has more than 30 departments and schools offering programs across five academic disciplines: creative arts, languages, humanities, social sciences, and physical and natural sciences.

Your support equips students and researchers to pursue new ideas, deepen understanding, and address complex challenges. It’s how new questions emerge and diverse fields come together in unexpected ways.
